Get Your Meeting Started Immediately
The quick start welcome screen is available on all Prysm displays running the latest software release. It gives you instant access to three key capabilities in Prysm platform, without logging in:
1) Sketch
Selecting “Sketch” from the welcome screen brings users to the Prysm sketch board, which lets you quickly sketch an idea, brainstorm, storyboard, and more. You can customize your pen colors, brush-stroke width, and background colors. This touch-enabled sketch board is a great way to quickly get an idea into digital format. You can also send your sketches to anyone via email.
2) Connect Device
Users can instantly pair their devices with a video wall display, either by connecting wirelessly using the room name and pairing code or with an HDMI cable. Once connected, your device will appear in the device list on the left side of the screen. Users can toggle back and forth between all paired devices and the sketch board.
3) Sign In
The third option is to sign in to a Prysm account, which gives you access to all of the content in any existing Prysm project, as well as the ability to create new projects and work spaces.
