Amit brings over 20 years of executive management, technology and entrepreneurial experience to the Prysm team. With a track record of growing successful tech-related businesses and a career that spans the data-storage, high-end optical telecommunication and low-cost datacom devices industries, Amit is well-versed in the integration of technologies and manufacturing processes.
Before founding Prysm, Amit was CEO of Bigbear Network and the co-founder and CEO of Versatile Optical Networks, which was acquired by Vitesse Semiconductor Corp. At Vitesse, Amit led the Optical Systems Division as Vice President and General Manager, until the division was acquired by Avanex Corporation.
Prior to Versatile, Amit held several management positions in startups and larger, more established companies, including Terastor, Optex Communications and Digital Equipment Corporation.
Amit holds a BS in Physics, a BSEE, an MSEE and an MBA.
Since 2005, Dr. Hajjar has co-founded Prysm, offering the “Visual Workplace”, a complete end to end solution enabling effective communication and collaboration using novel displays and application software. Dr Hajjar pioneered the Laser Phosphor Displays (LPD) technology allowing a seamless large interactive display surface to be deployed effectively into the workplace. The displays are large format, seamless touch displays with unique interactive SW to allow triple functionality namely interactive cloud-based presentations, conference video, and live annotations.
Dr. Hajjar has registered more than 100 U.S. and worldwide patents and has a long history of success in taking technologies from inception to high-volume manufacturing.
Prior to Prysm, Dr. Hajjar served as GM of Transmission Subsystems with Avanex (now Lumentum) and Vice President of Technology with Vitesse (now Microsemi). Dr. Hajjar was founder of Versatile Optical Networks prior to its acquisition by Vitesse, and later, by Avanex. Dr. Hajjar held management positions with the Eastman Kodak Company. He also held research positions at the Optical Sciences Center at the University of Arizona and IBM’s T.J. Watson Research Center.
He was recently honored with the prestigious 2016 Adele De Berri Pioneers of AV Award.
Dr. Hajjar holds a PhD and MS in Optical Sciences from the University of Arizona, as well as a BS in Electrical Engineering from Boston University, from where he graduated Summa Cum Laude.

He also helped spin off the digital-imaging division of Conexant Systems in 2002, served as the Vice President of Finance for the newly formed entity, and ultimately sold the business to ESS Technology in 2003. Jasbir began his career at KPMG.
He holds a BBA and an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin.
Sreeni brings over 20 years of global leadership experience in technology management, business operations, customer management, Acquisition Integrations, and product growth to the Prysm Systems. Successful track record in building right foundation for small companies as well as scaling large technology companies for high growth and business transformation.
In this role as SVP software and customer support/success, Sreeni is responsible for leading the company’s Visual Collaboration Software and Global Customer Support and Success teams, providing end-to-end support experience, and focusing on driving customer outcomes from Prysm’s solutions.
Sreeni is also responsible for the IT strategy, operations, management of the IT organization, and the security of data for Prysm customers worldwide.
Sreeni holds B.Tech in Computer Engineering from Mangalore University, India, and an MS in Computer Science from New York Institute of Technology.

Before joining Artiman Ventures in 2004 as a Partner, Yatin was Managing Director at TeleSoft Partners, where he led investments in over twenty companies, in the early stage semiconductor and software sectors. Prior to joining TeleSoft Partners, Yatin founded and served as President of Equator Technologies, a developer of Programmable MediaProcessors. His prior experience also includes Vice President/Group Manager at Conexant, and Chief Architect/Design Manager at Sun Microsystems, Ross Technology and Cypress Semiconductor.
Yatin has over 17 years of overall experience working with technology companies in venture capital. He also holds ten patents in areas of computer architectures, digital consumer electronics, semiconductor design, and software.
