Position Title:                     Test and Systems Engineer   

Functional Department: Engineering

Summary

Prysm Systems Inc., is committed to developing and promoting large format display solutions using its proprietary Laser Phosphor Display (LPD) Technology. We have been delivering these highly immersive & engaging customer experiences to some of the world’s most recognizable brands for over 10 years.

Responsibilities

  • Define required hardware, establish test methods and pass/fail parameters
  • Maintain and calibrate new and existing systems
  • Observe and record data and share as needed with responsible engineers
  • Develop and define key measures
  • Develop systems for uploading test data to existing or new database
  • In collaboration with head office, support local IT and PC infrastructure

Qualifications

  • 5-10 years’ experience
  • Strong background test and equipment design, control and data acquisition.
  • Expert in control and acquisition software packages such as Labview
  • Experience with database design, data mining and processing
  • Specific knowledge of test methods associated with display systems is desirable
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to define problems, multitask, collect data, recognize patterns, and draw conclusions from experiments.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
